Refund and Returns Policy

Reservations
Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 14 days (2 weeks), after which time confirmation of the booking and payment of a 40% non-refundable deposit will be required, or the booking will automatically be released.
Confirmation of the booking will be made once an invoice has been issued by Mzilikazi Way Safaris, followed by the receipt of the 40% non-refundable deposit. If an agent confirms a booking with Mzilikazi Way Safaris on behalf of their client, it will be understood that the agent is holding the deposit and therefore they will be liable for the applicable cancellation penalties.
The balance of payment is required 60 days prior to the date that the safari commences. A booking made within 60 days of commencement in payable in full on confirmation.

Cancellations
All cancellations should be made in writing or e-mail and will only be deemed effective upon acknowledgement of receipt by Mzilikazi Way Safaris.
Cancellations will be subject to the following penalties:
20% Cancellation fee due for cancellation 60 – 90 days prior to departure.
50% Cancellation fee due for cancellation 31 – 60 days prior to departure.
100% Cancellation fee due for cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
Please ensure that your clients take out cancellation and curtailment insurance.


Payment
Bank Transfer Charges are for your Account – we pay our own Bank Charges upon Receipt of Payment.
The invoice payment and banking instructions are to be followed carefully to avoid delays.


Insurance
It is a condition of booking with Mzilikazi Way Safaris that each and every guest be adequately covered by comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
