OUR SPA TREATMENTS
Back, Neck and Shoulders
This consists of a relaxing treatment using techniques applied to the back, neck and shoulders then working up through the neck, scalp and face. The therapist will use a combination of techniques to release tension in this area.
Full-body Massage
If you’re in need of an indulgent escape, this one is for you. This treatment starts with a foot soak followed by a back exfoliation using Marula and Walnut herbals to remove dead skin cells. Then you get a full-body massage which helps to reduce any stress, tension or fatigue, giving you a total sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Let the warmth
Beginning with the foot cleanse, this will renew your tired, weary feet. Then you get a full-body hot stone massage for your total wellbeing and ultimate massage experience.
Deep Tissue
This treatment begins with a firm head massage, this make the most of your window of relaxation. This treatment focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue.
Intonga Stick Massage
This is a deep tissue and stress-relieving treatment. Skilful movements are performed with hands and wooden sticks are used to stretch tight muscles and ease toxic overload from daily stress.
Manicure and Pedicure
An intensely hydrating African Potato Masque blended with Rooibos is applied to insure skin health and to rejuvenate the feet and hands. This will reduce water retention and improving circulation. This include soak, nail file and shape, exfoliate, cuticle work, massage, personalised mask/paraffin wax and polish or buff.
